Our Jasmine Green uses the direct heat process, followed by blending in of jasmine blooms, exposure to aroma over time, and subsequent sieving-out of Jasmine blooms. Jasmine tea is brimming with powerful plant-based compounds known as polyphenols, which act as antioxidants in your body and protect your cells. Particular polyphenols within Jasmine Green, are catechins, which has been linked to many health benefits including metabolism regulation, improved blood sugar control, heart and oral health.

How to brew Jasmine: 5g of loose leaf tea, steeped in 400ml of 70 degree Celsius water, brewed for 3 minutes.
