Our Sencha green loose leaf tea is sourced from a smallholder in the Hunan province, and is produced during the July-August season. Sencha tea is a Japanese green tea of exceptional quality. The leaves of the tea plant are steamed, dried, and rubbed to give the distinctive glossy look and feel, resulting in a cup that appears light, but is full of body and flavour.

How to brew Sencha Green: 10g of loose leaf tea, steeped in 400ml of 70 degree Celsius water, brewed for 3 minutes.
