How to Brew
CAPITOL Blend was developed with filters and cafetières in mind, where its thick caramel body and marzipan sweetness really come through. The slightly more developed roast makes it forgiving to brew, so it's a great choice whether you're using a V60, AeroPress, or a simple cafetière at home.

Should I buy beans or ground?
We always recommend whole beans for maximum freshness and flavour. If you don't have a grinder, we'll grind it to your chosen method at the time of roasting.
