How to Brew
Built for the espresso machine — pull a tight, short double shot for maximum intensity and that signature thick crema. Works brilliantly as the base for a strong flat white or a traditional Italian cappuccino. On a stovetop Mokka pot, it absolutely sings. We recommend whole beans for peak freshness, but all grind options are available.

Should I buy beans or ground?
We always recommend whole beans for maximum freshness. If you don't have a grinder, select your preferred grind at checkout and we'll do it fresh at time of roasting.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
All our coffee is freshly roasted to order — it literally cannot get any fresher!
Is it good with milk?
Excellent with milk — the Robusta crema holds beautifully and the praline and chocolate notes shine in a latte or flat white.
